After messing with Joomla (which is awesome)… and realizing I didn’t want to learn it… I set up a new DB, new DB user, uploaded/installed WordPress, found a theme, and created a post in, oh, 8 minutes. I’d much rather spend the time working on the game than messing with learning a new CMS. Besides, WordPress does everything we need it to do for now, and if we need it to do more, I can write up some plugins… or go hunt for it on Google.
We will use this site for news about our upcoming video game currently named 嵐 (arashi), and all the interesting content we place in the Nisesomi CafePress store.
Ahh… setting up Gravatar, Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Pinterest, etc., takes a good amount of time!
Seems I got Gravatar right on the 1st try! =^.^=
